I was thinking we should start a thread where we list a single tool that we own, note i said own not wish we owned. jigs are included as tools.
so let's see how big we can get this list. but there should be some rules. so here they are

1:only one tool per post (not one post per person)
2:tools should only be listed once. if its listed already then it can't be re-listed
2:you have to be specific, so we can get a bigger list, for example there is more than one make of 10 inch table saw or more than one brand of #4 plane
3:you can post as many times as you like but remember to be fair to others, ie dont sit there all night listing your stuff so nobody else gets a turn.
4:keep it clean ( that saves telling you lot)
5:remember it's just a bit of fun.

Cheers Ian :)

4" adjustable footprint wrench. Undoes fittings that have been completely stuffed by other tools and will even do them back up again. Fantastic for plumbing work.

Tabledropbandsawthicknesserjointerrouternailgunham merchisel thingy. Sorry Al but I've got to pick you up on the spelling here. Well grammar ... sort of. There shouldn't be a space between 'ham' and 'mer'. Sorry. :o

Homebuilt CNC router.
But it has 3 separate routers as part of the machine with provision for more.

I tryed to fix it, but I think it must be a charecter per word thingy, so the space stays, it doesnt have a space in the edit window. :p

The reason for the space is that it exceeds the letter count for a single word, I think.

My Dad's old 1lb ball-pein hammer, circa WWII. He used it when he was an air-frames flight mechanic in the RAF, repairing Mosquito fighter bombers.
