Hey, everybody.

I am an electrician and not much else
for me to do a project the best I had to work with were a hacksaw a little hammer and some screw drivers........Not really but very close.

Just a quick story as to how I found out about this site.

I recently purchased a ICANIC pedestal drill from Supercheap and wanted to use it for a bit of milling. Found out it is not a good idea.....fair enough.
Funnily enough I started to look at my various tools and found my old drill set which is in bad shape.
After all these years I have finally decided to get some "stuff" for the shed.
In the last year I have finally added a metal vice(been sitting in a box for ten years) a pedestal drill and now am looking at buying a drill doctor,a vice for the drill press, some files, some chisels, a decent set of drill bits (both metal and timber drills),etc, etc, You get the picture :D .
Every time I looked for an answer online this site kept popping up with answers to questions I had.
Needless to say a quick registration and here I am.

regards
Sparkiekosten

Sparkie, very welcome.
Are you interested in woodworking or metalwork.
I almost like it to say, lets see what you come up with.
Pictures make it all clear, as all of us like it to see pictures.

I have a liking for metalwork.
Pictures I can do but I don't have anything worthwhile to take pictures off.....yet :).
I started today taking my Mitsubishi Express van to bits to replace my water pump....what a nightmare.
When it is done and the place cleaned up again I will take piccies of the work area
Thanks for the welcome.
