Hey guys,

First time poster, so thank you in advanced for your help.

I've bought my first property late last year and now that I can walk again (dislocated both knee caps, doh!) I'm getting ready to renovate it. I'm tearing out the kitchen and feel I should update the switchboard at the same time, as it's built into one of the cupboards - plus I was told by a mate it must be done before renting out the place for safety reasons.

This is the current setup:

And I'm thinking I need something like this, correct?

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Brand-New-12-...3A1|240%3A1318 (http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Brand-New-12-Pole-Switchboard-LOADED-with-Breakers_W0QQitemZ260394604829QQcmdZViewItemQQptZAU_Building_Materials?hash=item260394604829&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=66%3A2|65%3A1|39%3A1|240%3A1318)

I'm hoping a lecy might be able to give me an idea what I should expect to pay for someone to swap this over? I don't imagine it's too big a job?

Thanks
Greg
