Did any one else feel the Tremor?
Lasted about 20 to 30 secs here at home in East Warbie, rattled the glass in the windows and thought my chair had became a massage chair :o

It shook more than the chair I was sitting on, it moved heavy candlesticks on the mantle, and moved the house, which is now not so solid brick.
I have it on good authority that "the United States Geological Survey reported on its website the tremor measured 4.7 on the Richter scale, about 96 kilometres from Melbourne, and Geoscience Australia says the tremor was centred near Korumburra." BBC source.
Anyone recall the earthquake in and around he early seventies that shook Ringwood? The most impressive was one I witnessed in the USA, Joshua Tree. I was sleeping when my bed was violently shaken. At first I thought it was the food I had at the local Mexican - Taco Bell - then I came to my senses, I couldn't even standup. That quake was 6.7 on the Richter scale.
