G'day folks.

I'm Chris from Bradford, Yorkshire in the UK. Stumbled across this forum while trying to find info on Dewalt RAS. Used to work in the repro-door/furniture trade 20 something years ago till made redundant.
Got a proper job! as SWMBO was fed up with clothes and beard full of saw dust, wax and wire wool. Now work in Homeless Persons Unit (busy with credit crunch sadly).
Building up a selection of tools again as a way to chill out and get better than flat-pack:wink: furniture! Six kids and one Granddaughter and flat-pack just don't mix.:D

Cheers
Chris...

G'day Tufty and welcome to our ever growing corner of the universe. :2tsup::2tsup::2tsup:

Yorkshire always conjures up pictures of coal mines, cricketers and farms for me.

Welcome to the forum.

Flat pack furniture has its place in society but so does highly crafted hand made furniture.

Thanks one and all for the warmest of welcomes.:2tsup:
Hopefully won't take me long to get back into the swing of things. Just have to make sure to do a quick 'finger check' when I leave the workshop.
Is it just me or do power tools seem to have increased in complexity and wattage?
Once again thanks, or
'Ta' as we say (pauses to remove flat cap, tug 't forelock and feed 'th whippet!!!)
