Our place has those push out to open windows and I want to put security bars on them. Ultimately I'd like to use the original type of iron bars with the trims to keep the place looking a bit old school.
I'm wondering if it would be worth the effort of trawling though demo yards measurements in hand to find the right bars or would I be better off just getting fitted modern grills with the hand holes to open.
I want to fly screen regardless and I can foresee that I will need to screen the old bars somehow.
Any ideas?
