Greetings all,

I just stumbled across this wonderful site and simply had to join.

Im new to the Central Coast but know I will make some wonderful friends here and I am very hopeful that I can now embark on an interest of mine that I have never persued.

I Love anything that grows on a tree. Have recently started dabbling in some craft-type things but that has nothing to do with this forum so I won't bore you with the details.

I would really love to get into creating beautiful pieces of furniture as well as restoring those that are a bit unloved.

I am very lucky to come from a family of wood and timber lovers, who I am sure I can learn a few skills off, just as soon as I work up the courage to ask.

I look forward to getting to know you better and sharing in the wonderful world of woodwork!

You sure are lucky to belong to a family of wood lovers. My family think that I am a firewood manufacturer as my love for wood came very late in life. Now I am trying to catch up with everybody and this is a great site to do it.
