Does anyone know a Ruskin's retailer in Sydney?
I don't want to have to keep paying a courier to ship it up from Melbourne.

DO you mean Rustins? If so - Trend Timber (http://www.trendtimbers.com.au/index.php?id=1) at Windsor usually have it.
