Hello All, Woodworking has been a hobby of mine for several years in my small, cluttered, garage:(. Most of my projects are centered around the use of a router. Both in my large home-built table:D, and handheld with a plunge router. Including the use of templates, and template guides:2tsup:. I'm hoping to learn from, and share with, the members here.

Hi and a great big welcome from Kilmore in Victoria (near Melbourne) - would enjoy seeing some of your projects.
BTW I lived in Claremont and Ontario Cal. many years ago - loved it .... wonderful people.

Hi RRW, welcome.
Thought all the time that California was the warm and sunny state, at least if I have to believe my friends in Huntington beach.
So what's true?
Anyway have fun.

Hmmmm...... if it's cold California then it's either SF or Sacramento. Although both those places seem to be colder in the Summer than Winter for some reason. Anyway, welcome. We have some of the "neighbours" on our Canadian forum and they are all nice folks just as many of the people in the lower 48 are. It's the Moose skinners you've got to beware of!

Hi RRW...welcome to the forums!
As far as getting cold in La-La Land, the aircraft carrier I was stationed on was homeported in San Diego. I think it was in January of '69 that it snowed....about a 1/4 of an inch...traffic came to a stand still:o:doh:
