Now there is a really distracting bouncy birthday cake and balloons on the top of my page. Just so I don't forget.:D
I get to buy myself a bench grinder. (Will have a poke around in the "which grinder to get" threads today.) And I got chockies and a bottle of Musket.:D

That is ALWAYS a problem when you have a birthday close to Christmas... mine is 8 days after Christmas....
"What did you get for Christmas?"
"A sock"
":? So what did you get for your birthday?"

BTW, what do you reckon about this (http://www.mendham.com.au/stockview.php?stock=2969) grinder. Is the same as this (http://www.tradetoolsdirect.com/Catalogue/ProductView.aspx?ProductCode=TTBG10) one I think. If I can get it shipped I might get it.

It looks like it will outlive you.
Be worth finding out what the freight will cost, probley not worth it for the sort of work you will use it for.
One of my brothers did his apprenticeship at Mendams, we used to play tennis with them every Friday night & their son married one of my cousins.
