Restoring Recycled Oregon tabletop

Bought Recycled Oregeon Table from Furniture shop. Want to repair the surface. Don't know what has been used on the surface and have no idea what to put on the surface after cleaning down (with orbital sander? and wet and dry)

I made a table out of Oregon and treated it with linseed oil 50/50 turps etc. Then finished it of with Feast Watson clear outdoor Furniture oil and 12 months later still looks good.
