OK, I will try to be brief. I am renovating our bedroom. I demolished a fireplace and as a result needed to put skirting board where the fireplace was and replace a section of window frame that had been cut to accomodate the mantlepiece of the fireplace. We are having built-in robes built so I pilfered the skirting boards from where the wardrobe will be to replace the skirting board over the old fireplace and fashioned a window architrave out of another piece too.
