fair price

I need to get two water pipes moved about 12 inches closer together to accomodate a wall-hung basin. The pipes are exposed and there is already a noggin where I would like 2 male wall elbows to attach mini stopcocks to go The pipes are just capped off at the moment. I have the mini stops already. This will take 4 solder joints and a couple of short lengths of copper. What is areasonable price for this job?
