I have taken out my wood fire, only because I have repainted the lounge room and put new carpet down and I do not want to have smoke stained ceilings or the potential of burn marks in the carpet.
I have a split system which warms the lounge and kitchen, however to get heat to the rest of the house I need to run the split system nearly all the time.
I need to put some heat into the hallway and three bedrooms which all run off the hallway.
The hallway is about 7 mtrs long by 1.5 wide and the bedrooms are all about 4mtrs x 4mtrs,the ceilings are 3 mtrs high right through.
I would like to place an alternative heating in the hallway, mainly to use for a couple of hrs to chuck some warmth into the rooms, should I go for a LPG heater ( no natural gas connected here) kero or electric or any other suggestion by anyone.
Thank you
