Listened to an insteresting wireless description of the electoral process in New Zealand - electors have two votes:
one, to elect a local member representative; and
one to elect a governing party. This usually causes a need of a coalition to govern the country (This is probably a simplification).
Would KIWI Members like to contribute, and Members from other countries tell us how thier governments are elected?
