Looks like a permissions problem to me, I generally don't touch these and leave it to Neil :)

Incomplete screen capture, Ray. Can you include the address line?
I use built-in software (Imaging) and the PrintScreen button on the keyboard.
(Took 3 tries, though, to get the right size.)
