Duplicate POsts

Each time I post a reply to a thread using opera9 I get this message

"This post is a duplicate of a post that you have posted in the last five minutes. You will be redirected to that thread."

G'day Bob,
Does Opera 9 have a means of slowing down the mouse??
Only reason I say this is, the times I've had this message, it has been caused by "mouse stutter".
Just a thought
