Dont know but for the cost of the drill and that fitting to use it, you could probably just go buy an electric bike anyway :p

The first one reminded me of the [we used to call them "RoadRunners"] the long narrow boats in SE Asia which often only had one person in them but a thumping great car engine on the back and a very long drive-shaft with a prop on the end.
