Emails regarding posts [Archive]

In the last 24 hours I have received 2 emails advising me of new threads to which I have made a post. I don't need this service as I check the forum at least twice a day unless I am away from my computer and then I check all new postswhen I return.
Is this something new? Is it for just this particular thread? Can I stop it if I feel it is unecessary? If so how? If it is a problem I will just delete the emails as an easy option.

Hi John, the email notification has been set back to No Email Notification for everyone.

To Unsubscribe from the ones that you're currently subscribed to, Go to User CP (top Left of the page) then scroll down to Subscribed Threads click onList Subscriptions and you can then select the ones you want to remove by ticking the boxes to the right and then scroll down to Selected Threads dropdown box and click on the appropaite action you want to take and then hit Go
