Hello all! I have arrived!

Spending 24 hours on a plane (plus stopovers) is veeeery disorientating. Only getting 2 hours sleep in 48 is weeeeird.. The food was good though

After arriving my sister decided we had to go touring around London when I was nearly falling asleep where I stood (6am local time) So off we went around London, Canary Street, Trafalger Square, Hamleys (biiig toy store), Trocadors (Big shopping centre (probably got the name wrong)

I didn't enjoy it much, probably because I hate big cities and doing touristy things. Plus the fact I was jetlagged

Today should be better cause I actually got sleep last night.

I'm staying with my bro at the moment, he lives at a place dubbed "The Bayswater Flash".. It's a sorta youth hostel (defined: messy, lots of people living in a small apartment, communal toilets, etc.)

London isn't to different from Sydney or Melbourne. Ie. Big city, multicultural (lots of Indians here), dirty etc.

The only difference I've noticed is the fact that the sun sets at 10pm and rises at 4am

Toorah!

Hey FunckyCman while you're in London try to get to Speakers Corner in Hyde Park and watch the weirdos, lots of fun. Not that there is a shortage of weirdos in the rest of London. :protest::protest2::banhim3:

Have a fantastic time while you're away.

Think it's called "the goose and ferkin" (ya gotta larf) just across from the tube station, been a few years.
They'll even let ya park ya norton featherbed IN the bar area overnight, drips and all ;)

Sounds like you are a typical 16yo in many ways Feathered One.
See if you can sneak into Windsor Castle and get a look at the English Oak trusses.
Apparently they are something else.

Ask what they are worth FC then think about what sort of shed set up you'd like in side an airplane hanger.
Glad to see your having such a grand tour, bet you didn't go through "The Muse" would have seen some fine craftsmanship.

Then with every display case, piece of historical furniture etc your mind must e spinning with htf did they do that way back before modern day equipment.:2tsup: No TAFE courses, no Fine Furniture Schools. Just pure craftsmen.
