A husband and wife were at a party chatting with some friends when
the subject of marriage counseling came up.

"Oh, we'll never need that. My husband and I have a great
relationship," the wife explained.

"He was a communications major in college, and I majored in theater arts.

He communicates really well, and I just act as if I'm listening."

That should be the other way around in real life. My other half talks and I act as if I'm listening and care that her car needs a wash or the lawn needs doing.

SWMBO has worn a hearing aid most of her life. Probably as part of her childhood she developed the habbit of saying OK when she didn't hear something.

One evening as we were getting ready for bed, I said, "I'm going to order that Nikon tomorrow with a few extra lenses." Which I did.

About a week later, the camera arrives and SWMBO is upset. Hey! We talked about it and you said "OK". Then she started into something about money to which I said, "OK".
