I once used small quantities of terebine driers, but with the environment ever in the picture nowadays, I was wondering if those wood finishers requiring an accelerator still use terebine or if it's even available any more?

It's good to know some of the old ingredients are still around. I don't suppose anyone here has found a source of copper acetoarsenite lately? :U

You could make your own (http://www2b.abc.net.au/science/k2/stn/archives/archive54/newposts/477/topic477102.shtm) but its dangerous stuff and so is the process to make it

:U Thanks, but i don't really need any (nor terebine driers), I was just curious as to what's still readily available and what people here are using in place of the old toxic substances. Seemingly driers are still around.
