Okay, okay...
In my quest so far to find an environmentally-friendlier (but still practical) alternative to my current electric storage HWS, I've struck out on a few things so far, include my most recent thread to find a fully-automatic on-demand hot-water-recirculator...
But that's okay, because I reckon that I can come up with my own system anyway. I'm just going to need a few bits and pieces, the most specialised of which will be a particular type of purely mechanical (rather than electronic) thermal-expansion valve - along the lines of a PTR, but different. For the auto-minded among you, think along the lines of a thermostat in a car, but not the fully opening and closing ones, but rather the other type that always maintains a certain amount of bypass.
I've had a look through the Reliance website, and there's nothing (as far as I can see, at any rate) that's remotely akin to what I'm looking for.
So, does anyone know of any other manufacturers of thermally-triggered Valve-ware apart from Reliance?
(I'm also going to need an in-line Flow-Sensor. Would be great if you knew who did these too...)
Thanks Again,
Batpig.
