Piece o' cake, Rich. Got MSPaint? or Excel? or any substantial word processor? and decent collection of fonts? and inkjet printer? (for colour, that is). Print landscape for maximum size, secure to the bumper with spray adhesive, and transparent packing tape for protection against the elements. Not as durable as a real bumper sticker, but it doesn't have to survive more than a few months.

And underneath it, perhaps another sticker reading - Ah did NOT put that bumper sticker on my car!
