I suppose it all depends on where in Qld you live. I got this same size done about 6 months ago and it cost me $1,600.00 cash.

I've just got a12m x 6 m shed slab quote for $4450. That's way out of the question.

Depends what you intend to do with it? if you going to drive cars on it then it'll need F62 reo and 100mm thick. Up against the house and you'll need to worry about termite protection. If it's for the patio then 75mm with F62 reo is heaps.

If you pay $200 per m3 ( a dear rate but its a small load) and the slab is 100mm thick, you'll need 2.7 m3 (about half a truck load) (length x width x depth + 10%)

have a go at it yourself and save a heap.

I forgot to mention that mine was for a carport slab so it was 4 inches with 6 inch sections where the posts were going to be bolted down. I also did most of the excavation myself.

I recently got a job done and the concretor charged $75/mē with a black oxide colour, and a mix of 7mm blue metal and quartz

That price will depend on the colour used in concrete, and the type of aggregate used. Some stones will make the cost of the product higher
