If you are not using the old fashioned external plumbing (Thats what they were designed for) you are looking for a towel rail turned on its side

The mirror looks like it has some type of wing nut to tighten it in position once the height has been selected.
So I need some wing nut arrangement on soap holder?

The reason I also need adjustable height is because if a small kid was using the shower he would need soap holder at much lower height so I cannot use a soap holder at a fixed high height.
Please consider some help for me!

No help at all?
What about a motorised button operated vertical sliding rail soap dish working off isolated 12/24 volt supply.
No risk of electrocution?
Of course you need a transformer box somewhere in the rooftop. Maybe garden light transformers will be OK???
Help please!

Of course you need to make it very simple and elegant so soap scum, mould does not grow around, behind the rail and contraptions.
Please help!
It must also ne cheap. What about using a Chinese car wiper motor????
help!

Dude, if this is all you have to worry about, your life must be great. Buy liquid soap in a dispenser, no waste, no mess and many are not actually soap so are much better for your skin.

Liquid soap is not high quality. I use antibacterial soap like dettol or saproderm.
Help please!
I am poor so cannot afford too much money for highest quality liquid soaps.
Help please!
I am thinking I must innovate buying some spare part from garage ebay to make product for helping humanity.

This thread is straining my credulity.
You're poor, but you talk about motorised soap dispensers?
FYI, Dettol liquid soaps are certainly available in Coles and Safeway, and aren't considerably more expensive than the other brands on the shelf.
The cheapest option is a set of 2-3 wire shelves which hangs over the back of the shower arm, where it contacts the wall. The top shelf is out of the way of the shower spray. It'll cost you less than $5 from any el-cheapo discount store.
