Finally worked it out

Been looking at Echidna's self portrait for all these months wondering what was wrong.
Obviously he was washed in fabric softener to make him more cuddly.However the treatment stung his little eyes, he couldn't see properly and ran into the wall, thereby flattening his nose.:D:D:D:D
