Hi Guys,

I was wondering if you could give me your input on cutting terracotta tiles. They are approx 10mm thick and I am tiling a driveway with them. I was going to buy a cheap Ryobi wet table saw from Bunnings to do the job.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers Wally

Either that or just buy a blade and put it into a circular saw, or angle grinder if you have either.

For 10mm thick tiles on a job that large, I would spend the $95 on the wet tile saw made for the job from Bunnings. But thats just my opinion. :)

I have the Tilemaster saw from bunnies and it is great. Made hundreds of cuts on one blade and still as good as new. It can do different angle cuts as the table tilts. Cost me about $85. Secret is to make sure the water is always full and do not leave the blade sitting in water when u have finished for the day.
