A talk with Grandma

[Allan at Wallan]

A young girl arrived home from school to find a
seance in progress.

The medium asked the girl if there was anyone she
would like to make contact with. The girl replied
that she would like to talk with her Grandma.

"Certainly", said the medium who then went into a
trance like state, rolling her eyes and trembling whilst
muttering in a low tone.

"This is Grandma speaking from Heaven", said a voice,
"It is a glorious place high in the skies. Would you like
to ask me a question?"

The girl replied, "Yes Grandma, why are you speaking
from Heaven when you are not even dead yet".

Well, its like this.

The young girl had only arrived to talk with her Grandma.
The medium thought the girl had wanted to join the
seance so was happy to pretend that Grandma was talking.

On realising that the medium was a fraud the young
girl gave the medium a solid clout with her fist.

Its known as "striking a happy medium".
