Groggy

A friend of mine has spent over a week searching for details of the hose that goes from the fridge to the tap and has found nothing.
Does anyone happen to have one of these fridges?
He has tried Westinghouse, Fidgidair, UK Forums etc. Whirlpool forums seem to be down at the moment too.
He is ideally hoping to find a parts list or, failing that, will be quite happy to be told what goes there. Some fridges just have a 1/2" hose, others 6mm pipe, some have filters etc.
Non essential minor rant follows:
Westinghouse deserve a rocket, their website does not list parts for the fridge, so he drove to Footscray to be told that the Parts place does not keep hoses as they are plumbers supplier's parts. When told they came with the fridge the response was "what is the part number or we can't help". They gave him a number in tech support that was wrong, it was the Parts number online where he had already tried. They gave him a 1900-number that costs $2 per minute with no guarantee of them knowing what it was, and the number is for assistance, not parts anyway. Being quite annoyed he asked to be put on to complaints. He waited on hold for ten minutes then was asked to leave his number and they would call back (due to heavier than normal demand on 02 Jan  )
Two hours later someone returns the call and says he needs to talk to tech support, without giving him the number they transferred him to oblivion and the call disconnected. This is where I come in, I have a co -worker swearing and blowing bubbles in his cubicle and would like to help.
