I was able to get a good deal on some new appliances for my kitchen as the old one was pretty shamefull.
I decided it would be a good option to make my old pokey kitchen into a dining room, and the old dining room the new kitchen / breakfast area, open plan style.
I have had to..
Remove a large sliding door
Build a new wall where the door was
Cut access holes in the flooring at strategic not noticed afterwards positions to enable services to be installed under floor
Run new Hot water, Cold water, Gas, Drainage, 10 Amp power circuit, 10 Amp power for the rangehood and a new 15 Amp power cicuit for the stove,
Remove all the flooring ( floating, Vinyl, masonite, vinyl,) to expose timber floor ready for polishing
Paint walls
Install all the cuboards, benchtops and appliances-Now all thats left is too remove the old kitchen.:~,
-And tile the Splashback
Cost so far is at $3200, floor polishing has not been paid for but everything else has been covered. ( P.S. my cousin did all the wiring for free, and I did all the plumbing and gas so saved heaps there):2tsup:
I've got heaps more Photo's so If you wanna see anything in particular, let me know I'll try to find it for you.
