I just had to post this...
About 18 months ago I had the unfortunated experience of having my Triton saw fall apart (the jacking plate came loose).
I rang Triton at the time and was told "Just tighten the screws and you will be OK"
This I did and promptly forgot about the problem.
Last weekend, as I was nearing the finish of my bed project (see "cherry Bed" in woodworking pics) the jacking plate came loose AGAIN!!!!
This time the armature got chewed out something fierce. I was NOT a happy woodie!
I rang Triton on the Monday and spoke to the helpful JAN.
She directed me to the local repairer.
Yesterday, a week to the day after I handed my saw in, it was repaired FREE OF CHARGE. I am impressed seeing as the saw was well out of warrantee. I would just like to give TRITON and their local repairer (T.M & H Hardware in MOE) a huge Thankyou for their handling of the matter. GO ORANGE
