Hi all,
my first post so be kind:wink:.
We're building a deck as part of a rennovation and I'm a bit concerned as to how a stainless steel post should be anchored on a timber deck. The guy at the suppliers just said to simply screw into the joist around the border of the deck. Is that all that's needed? With people leaning on the balustrade, kids climbing on it, tension from the wires etc I'd have thought that the posts would loosen pretty quickly...???
Any info would be much appreciated.
Cheers
