Hi all,
Have been reading this site for some time but had to join as I have a question I need answered.

I am currently renovating a kitchen but have sink which style I would like to know the name of as I desire to get one the same again.

The sink takes up the whole length of the cabinet, 1200mm x 450mm and is basically makes up the bench for that part of the kitchen. In other words, you could say the bench is metal with a sink built into it.

This type of sink fits my kitchen perfectly and I wish to get a new one of this style.

Can anyone please tell me the style of sink this maybe called and more importantly, where can I get a new one from? I am in melbourne's south east.

Thanks in advance.

P.S. For any one that is interested, I am yet to decide what I am doing with the rest of the kitchen. Ikea, Kitset or maybe even Bunnings.

I think you would have to have it custom made. The other option woul dbe to have the one you have professionally polished, and it will be like new.

You/ve got an older style sink there, as far as I know they're no longer available. You may be able to get a set in sink that's smaller and set it in a laminate top.

It is a Clark 'Star' sink (http://www.clark.com.au/4A256A4C00008214/LaunchProduct/RBET-5RX8M4?OpenDocument). It has a 45mm thickness and it is 1220w x 457d. It has an upturn at the back of the sink to run a tiled splashback into.
