G`day guys
Reading another bulletin board recently I noticed someone saying that he used de-waxed shellac as a sanding sealer. Does anyone have an opinion onn this. The reason I`m asking is that I`m doing some Banksia nut slices for coaster etc with the "fuzz" still on the outside and unless you use a sealer it absolutly drinks the polyu varnish until you get enough coats on.The finish of the polyu over standard sealer is not real flash either.
Thanks cooky
