I want to use some pure carnuba wax to polish a table top I just finished with linseed oil. I want to use the wax straight with a high speed polishing wheel (i.e. a drill motor or buffer) much the same way one would use tripoli or rouge to polish metal. Does anyone think this will work? If so, any advice would be appreciated. I also considering combining the wax with turpentine. Does anyone have any good receipes for this?
Thanks

I dont think you can use it pure, has to be desolved inturps(gum?)
at temp.
mine was ok liquid, when it cooled went all powdery

Polishing should not be done at speeds over 3000rpm max, mostly about 1800 rpm, drills and angle grinders go way too fast and can damage surface.
If you are using the feast watson product they market as pure carnuba, no need to mix with anything
