hi guys,
we have an outdoor area that we intend to render. currently horizonal slat wall that we want to screw blueboard to and render over. however, we have been told that joints will be hard to disguise and that we should look at compressed building foam as an alternative which is waterproof, slightly flexible and has a tongue and groove edge at joints that allow them to interlocked. apparently it comes in various thicknesses but 25mm was recommended for my application.
problem is ive never heard of this material before and my google searches have come up with nothing.
has anyone heard of this or had experience with it? if so, how expensive is it and where can it be bought?
thanks
julie
