G'day I want to render my house. It's only 2 storeys and rather large.
And I've basicly done bugger all rendering before.
I have rendered using bagged dry mix a small retaining wall with good success as I sponge finished it> Its what I wanted and it hid any imperfections.
What I'm after is the procedure.

What are you trying to achieve with each coat??
I'll be using a pre mix render any recomedations of products??

I am a shotcreter so I have finshing skills on vertical surfaces and can do corners etc. It can't be that hard can it??
Obviously I'll be starting on the hidden bit for practice

Advice please

hello,

the best solution is to go and watch some tradespeople at it,

you will see what tools are being used and get a grasp of the basic action,

keep an eye out for house or commercial building that is being rendered

thankyou

I am a shotcreter

Get a compressor, join to shotcrete pump and spray on :)

I'm a builder and have worked alongside this bloke before and he does a great job. His name is Mike Bailey and runs Mike Baileys Paint Services. He is the only distributer in Australia that ditrabutes Aztec. Give him a call and he will give you profestional tips and you can also buy high qulity render of him.
