An American on a train trip starts complaining to an Englishman sitting opposite, about the British.
"You English are too stuffy. You think your stiff upper lip sets you above the rest of us." He continued, "Look at me, I have Italian blood, French blood, a little Indian blood and some Swedish blood. What do you say to that?"
The Englishman replied dryly, "Very sporting of your mother."
