Hey all

Sorry if it's been covered, couldnt find it in a search

We are in the process of renovating our house to sell, and moving out quicker than originally expected due to running out of space. Originally we had planned to renovate the bathroom fully, but now are only doing the things to make things look new again in order to sell, without taking dodgy shortcuts.

At a homeshow the other week there was a guy who did bath, basin, tile and floor painting using an EP-Acrylic that is also available in flec-coat like a laminate. We are thinking of getting it done on our spa/bath, vanity unit and wall tiles.

Has anyone had this done, or know more about it? Does it wear off floor tiles?

More info I found here http://www.aircoataustralia.com.au/index.html

Only if it's no dramas.... was it applied in the same way as the above website? The guy assured us it lasts for 10 yrs, it's only to sell the place but on the other hand I don't want to get a half baked job done either

I may even just regrout our floor tiles anyway, the dog has dislodged some of the grout through the kitchen (me chasing it doesnt help either) and will probably remove it and redo it
