Great site. Anyone know where I can get my hands on some Danish Wax in Melbourne? I need to restore some Danish teak armchairs. Cheers :)

For the oil and it's associated products you can get them here (http://www.rustins.com.au/rustins/home.html)

No, definitely Danish Wax. It's a Wattyl product.

It is listed in this catalog (http://www.goodsandchattels.com/CATALOGUES/CATALOGUE%20%28Restoration%20Products%29.pdf), they are in Queensland.
Like DJ have never heard of Wattyl Danish Wax, so there you go learn something every day.

It's strange it's so hard to get hold of. Danish wax was actually recommended to me by a rep at Tessa furniture. You can use it with a 000 grade of steel wool to remove a smidgen of the top surface of wood without going too deep. It's ideal for Tessa's armchairs that are constructed of laminated wood layers pressed into form. Ie, ones that aren't not solid timber.
