A farmer visits his doctor and says, "Doc, I have a problem. I can't keep my hands off my wife."
The doc tells him it is a personal problem and he just has to be firm and to exercise more control.
A couple of weeks later the farmer met the doc and the doc enquired if the farmer had overcome his problem.
The farmer replied, "Yes, I solved the problem. I followed your advice and was firm and exercised more control. I sacked the lot of them and bought a combine harvester."
