What is the best glue for tiling on new plasterboard?

Mastic. Abamastic, Davmastic etc.

Are these ready made tubs? Also do i need to treat the plasterboard with anything?
Just new to tiling so don't know all the glues yet.

Yes, premixed. I am reminded by a previous post just to say read the label for prep work, compatibility etc.
