If anyone is aware of any Timber Finishing Tutorials or Courses held in Victoria I would very much appreciate if the details could be provided to me in a reply?

He also suggested you try Holmesglen TAFE.
Another option is Bob Kirkland in Warragul.
After reading your profile, Neil is the closest to you.
