Hi,
Unfortunately, the tradesmen (yes they appeared to all be men) just placed a piece of cement sheeting into the gap that was left from the double sink unit we had previously. However, they argued that they hadn't quoted for filling in the gap and I was lucky they did what they did:(. Given that it is uneven (up one end down at the other) what would the best way to fill in the gap - some sort of bog?
It appears the existing floor (vinyl) tiles are fixed to a 8mm thick hard rubber which inturn is on top of the floor boards. We will be putting new vinyl tiles on top of the existing ones.
Thanking those in advance of their replies.
Cheers
