Where do I go, in Sydney, for competitively priced plywood boards eg. marine ply, furniture grade ply.....?
Cheers,
Zelk

Mr Ply and Wood, North Shore Timber, Hardware & General.

Mr Ply and NS Timber both list prices on line & are generally within a dollar a sheet. H&G make you ring up & ask, so I go with the blokes who are honest enough to put their prices on line.

Mr Ply probably has an edge on quality & has a bigger range than NS Timber, but charge more for delivery last time I asked.

I would also try Barrenjoey Timber (http://www.barrenjoeytimber.com.au/).

I just got 14 sheets of T & G 21mm plywood and they were very good to deal with.

For best range - I would suggest Mr Ply & Wood - I have dealt with Blacktown store (not a franchise) & found them very helpful.

For a smaller range but VERY good price, you can see Charles Zhang at ANKORS. Chinese importer guy. I have bought & laid over 130 sq m of floating timber floor from him. Found him a nice, genuine guy to deal with.
He is now bringing in ply - boards 11mm to 18mm - BC. - 1200 x 2400
They are at Unit 2, 2 Peel Street, HOLROYD (Near Parramatta)
