Maybe this is a silly question, but I can not find a description anywhere explaining what a member is required to do to be classified as "CURRENTLY ACTIVE"

An active member is classed as someone who visits the forums on a regular basis. I think that there is a period of around 2 months in which if you do not visit you are no longer classed as an active member.

BUT....really this does not effect anything to do with your membership. It is mostly a reporting tool within the forum database.
