Not having much luck finding any decent suppliers of wallpaper. Have bought a house, and would like to put back as it was, rather than try and modernise it. That may depend on how hideously expensive it is or isn't, of course :)
So far only found one or two sites really with some samples, but they don't show much, and nothing in the style I want...

from my own research, the only place I have had much luck with for nice wallpaper that wasnt priced in the realms of artwork was porters paints www.porterspaints.com.au (http://www.porterspaints.com.au) . Let me know if you find any others though as I would love to know. The home magazines that target the more budget interiors ternd to feature porters paper a fair bit.

Thanks for that...no, not in Sydney...
It obviously isn't the done thing anymore...really hard to find anyone that has much of a range...

If you have plenty of coin to spend try signature prints: http://www.signatureprints.com.au/frameset_divinedecadence.html
They have over 50 styles detailed on their website alone so possibley more in store. I LOVE signature prints designs and fabrics but be prepared to cough up some big bucks ... Florence Broadhurst is pretty well regarded in the design world.

I think I stumbled across their site the other night. I think at those prices though, I'd have to win lotto to do the whole house :) (4 bedrooms + 2 hallways + lounge + dining = :o )
What may be a better option, is to paint the walls, and maybe just paper one or two rooms as a bit of a feature (like the lounge and dining area). I think if the house was a bit smaller and perhaps of a different style, it might be worth going the whole hog. I might be best doing a fairly nice paint job and doing natural wood skirtings and trim.
