Should Neil shout the mods

As your all aware the mods bein great woodnuts and woodboobs of renown volunteer their time on the forums due to their own masochistic - sadistic tendancies without pay or reward but as a free service to help Neil out... So should Neil shout the mods a few rounds at their local rubbetty?
