Who does this kind of thing ???

Have an old californian bungalow. Some looney replaced the timber windows with horrible aluminium affairs years ago. Now I want to put new timber windows back in. Problem is that most of the external brickwork around the windows is cracked and crumbling and the internal plaster and brickwork the same. Is it normal to ask the window manufacturer if they can rip out and install the new windows while also fixing up the brickwork, plaster etc or will I have to get someone else to fix it up?

PS can anyone recommend a timber window manufacturer in Perth ??

not sure who to recommend but some pics of the windows and damage would be a help. for what its worth, everything can be fixed :D
